Yo sin nada, buscaba todo.

Como si supieras que te buscaba
como si pudieras ver que pensando en ti me desvelaba
diseñando cómo sería el momento adecuado
incluso el color de tus labios..

¡Como si fuera posible semejante cosa!

Sin hora, sin fecha, sin el pelo peinado
sin saber si quiera si era una broma cruel del pasado
a punto de bajar la guardia, de rendir la batalla
al borde del abandono total de la marcha.

¿Cómo ha podido un corazón así,
fijarse en alguien tan roto como yo?

I have seen my fortress turn to ashes

I have lived through the darkest times, 

I have felt the loneliness since a young age

I can see the bad in a grain of sand.

Yet my eyes will find a reason to smile

there's also beauty in the dark,

the night is needed for the day to be bright

the tears are needed to clean your sight.

I guess.. somehow

I can see through the unkind

the rotten was once new

the new will rot someday too..

just because it's nice does not mean it won't do harm
